These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Larry Trustee AI website (larrytrustee.ai), mobile applications (LarryTrustee AI, LT Shield Wallet, LT Regime Terminal), and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Larry Trustee AI provides:

• AI-Guided Trust Creation: An interactive platform that helps users draft trust and estate planning documents using AI guidance. Available for a one-time fee of $49.99.
• Legacy Messages: Blockchain-permanent message storage on the LTRST Chain network for family communications and final wishes.
• LT Shield Wallet: A self-custody cryptocurrency wallet for LTRST Chain and Bitcoin with privacy-enhancing features.
• LT Regime Terminal: A market analysis and trading signal tool using Hidden Markov Model (HMM) regime detection.
• LTRST Token: A LTRST Chain native token that powers the Larry Trustee AI ecosystem.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Wallet and Cryptocurrency Terms

By using the LT Shield Wallet:

• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your private keys and seed phrases. We cannot recover lost keys.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse or cancel completed blockchain transactions.
• You understand the risks of cryptocurrency, including price volatility, regulatory changes, and potential total loss of value.
• The wallet interacts with decentralized networks (LTRST Chain, Bitcoin) that are outside our control.

6. Trading and Market Data Disclaimer

The LT Regime Terminal provides market analysis tools and trading signals for informational purposes only. By using the Regime Terminal:

• You acknowledge that all trading involves risk, including the risk of total loss.
• Past performance of any trading signal or algorithm does not guarantee future results.
• We do not provide investment advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
• You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
• Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.

7. LTRST Token Disclaimer

• LTRST is a utility token for the Larry Trustee AI ecosystem. It is not a security and does not represent equity, ownership, or any claim to profits.
• Token value may fluctuate and may lose all value. Purchasing tokens involves risk.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency tokens.

8. Payments and Refunds

• Trust document generation is a one-time purchase of $49.99, processed through Stripe.
• Subscription services (Regime Terminal) are billed according to the subscription terms displayed at purchase.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if trust documents have not been downloaded. Contact hello@larrytrustee.ai.
• Blockchain-stored data (legacy messages, on-chain transactions) cannot be refunded or reversed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding associated with Larry Trustee AI are owned by Larry Trustee AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services without written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the LT Shield Wallet for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LARRY TRUSTEE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY OR DIGITAL ASSETS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Larry Trustee AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Data stored on the blockchain remains permanent regardless of account status.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
