• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and time spent in the app.
• Wallet addresses: Public wallet addresses used with LT Shield Wallet (we never have access to private keys or seed phrases).

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, JWT-based authentication, and optional two-factor authentication (TOTP). Trust planning data is stored securely and is accessible only to you. Legacy messages stored on the LTRST Chain blockchain are permanent and immutable by design.

4. LT Shield Wallet Privacy

The LT Shield Wallet is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet funds.
• All key derivation happens locally on your device.
• Shielded transactions use cryptographic privacy techniques to protect transaction details.
• Public blockchain data (wallet addresses, transaction hashes) is inherently public on the LTRST Chain and Bitcoin networks.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• LTRST Chain Network: Blockchain transactions and token operations.
• Apple Sign In: Optional authentication. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, Alpha Vantage: Market data for the Regime Terminal trading app. No personal data is shared with these services.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only:

• With your explicit consent.
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests.
• With service providers who assist in operating our Services (under strict confidentiality agreements).
